Ted Taft is a Partner of NorthStar Partners with over 30 years of experience. Ted has been a pioneer in both department and category reinvention initiatives. Ted has a broad experience working with manufacturers and retailers in redefining the shopping experience in both center store and perimeter departments. Ted’s department and category reinvention experience is extensive and includes such perimeter departments as the meat case, frozen foods, dairy, deli, produce and the front end.
Ted began his career working in various marketing positions at Richardson Vicks and RJR Nabisco. Prior to joining Consulting Group in 1993, Ted was Vice President and General Manager of the West Coast Office of Glendinning Association.
Education includes an MBA at the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.
