Clemence brings over 10 years of experience in the consumer healthcare and consumer packaged goods business in Europe and the U.S., working notably with the global marketing and insights teams.
Prior to joining MNSP, she held a progressing Marketing career in France at Pfizer, then Johnson and Johnson, successfully managing leading brands with a focus on Over-The-Counter products. She has a proven track record of delivering strong results through a passion for growth, a high intellectual curiosity, and her ability to build effective working relationship.
In France, she successfully developed and executed comprehensive brand strategies reaching out to consumers and healthcare professionals, and launched several new products. Among other accomplishments, she led a brand’s major strategic turn and participated in the pan-European development and implementation of a new breakthrough claim that was the most successful in the brand’s history, and conquered not only the category, but also the whole French OTC market leadership.
More recently, she worked on a top consumer healthcare company’s global marketing training initiative, identifying and leveraging best practices from around the world, and elevating the capabilities in 50 emerging and developed markets.
