Ron brings over 40 years of senior leadership experience across a wide range of businesses within the CPG industry. Ron’s broad client experience with both Fortune 100 clients and emerging companies along with his legal experience adds an important new lens of capability to NorthStar.
Ron has been a consultant for a broad array of companies focused on optimizing path-to-market strategies, optimizing business plans, and unleashing innovation potential. One of Ron’s many skills is to manage projects from a wide range of perspectives from guiding overall corporate business growth and profitability to projects engaging with engineering and operational challenges, to providing legal perspectives on business dynamics.
Prior to consulting, Ron’s career started in the food business where for over 25 years he had a leadership role as CEO of a major NY-metro food broker orchestrating the execution of sales plans for many marquis clients and serving on industry advisory councils.
Ron holds a BA (University of Rochester), MBA (NYU-Stern School of Business) and JD (Hofstra Law School). He is a retired member of the NYS Bar Association.
