Rick is an accomplished senior executive with a consistent record of delivering exceptional revenue, share and profit growth with best in class consumer products and hospitality companies including M&M Mars and The Walt Disney Company. He is currently an Executive Vice President and Senior Consultant with NorthStar Partners. Rick’s functional experience is very broad and ranges from leading large R&D and Innovation teams, Product Development, Operations and Marketing & Sales.
Prior to joining NSP, Rick was a Senior Vice President at Disney’s Parks & Resorts where he was responsible for several aspects of Product Development, Strategy, Operations, Distribution Marketing and Sales for a diverse portfolio of businesses including Disney Institute.
Rick was previously the President of North America for Chiquita Brands International where he was responsible for all fresh fruit and vegetable Marketing, Sales, R&D and Operations. Prior to Chiquita, Rick worked for M&M Mars in a variety of roles including SVP of Sales & Trade Marketing.
Rick has also worked for Nestle, Schering-Plough and Nabisco leading a number of demand driven functions.
Rick holds a management degree from Boston University, where he also was a two year captain of the football team.
